Bill Fuson lives in Wilmington, DE and is retired from E.I. DuPont Co. He is a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, where he serves on the finance committee and church council. Bill is also engaged with two other Lutheran non-profit organization in Wilmington.

His involvement with LVC began in 2005, when he and wife Nancy were a host family for one of Wilmington’s volunteers.…

Cassie currently lives in Washington, D.C., where she mobilizes and equips advocates to influence their members of Congress on global poverty issues. After graduating from St. Olaf College in 2015, Cassie spent her LVC volunteer year in Minneapolis advocating for affordable housing with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, where she grew her interest in local history and her love for making advocacy fun and accessible for all.…

Emerson Williams-Molett graduated from Grinnell College with a degree in Political Science and studied project management at the University of St. Thomas. Prior to joining the board, he volunteered at Legal Action of Wisconsin, a placement in Milwaukee. Since completing his service year, Emerson has remained involved with LVC, interviewing applicants, volunteer support, and assisting with fundraising efforts.

Jeff Yamada was thrilled to join the Lutheran Volunteer Corps in its mission to unite people to work for peace and justice, and especially one that stresses the Journey to an Inclusive Community as a core value. Jeff is a financial planner, a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, and a community volunteer. His racial justice framework is grounded in lived experience and family stories.…
