Starting in September 2020, all Volunteers in LVC’s five cities participate together in Program Days, the first Friday of each month. Each month focuses on a different social justice topic; includes guest facilitators and Volunteer research/reflections; and culminates in use of anti-racism and faith lenses on the topic of the day. My name is Anna Fox. My time with L’Arche, even though it has only been a couple of months, has been transformative and life-giving. Having grown up with an uncle with developmental disabilities, advocacy and care for persons with disabilities has always been near to my heart.
